Thanks. Use of strict binding and cow is now default. Indirect rendering is not default but compiz will now fall-back to a indirect rendering if the direct rendering context doesn't support GLX_EXT_tfp. Is that helpful? I rewrote the icon-menu patch so that the existing button code in gwd could be reused better but the functionality should be there now. resize-offset patch has been included.
