I do not understand how you get a problem of board repetition, and how
multi-stone suicde help with that. Do you not prohibit ko recaptures?
If you do
then more legal moves would prevent situation where ko are the only
possibility.

I do not allow simple ko violations. The repetition occurs while
several kos are being alternately played. I will create some example
SGFs tonight.
