There wasn't anything major with SP3 on XP.  It was released so XP
will continue to work and support the protocols that Windows Server
2008 will have in place.  There was little to no performance benefit
from having it.  I'd personally keep it though since it's already
installed and didn't break anything.  You may break something
reverting back, so just avoid the headache altogether.
