If your speed test results are good, but pages load slowly, you may need to make sure you don't have any spyware or viruses on your system. Also, is it the same web pages or just a bunch of random pages that are causing problems? Also, try Internet Explorer for those same pages to see if you get the same results.
Are there any other computers using the router? if so, make sure they are turned completely off when doing the tests. That way you can eliminate any "local" congestion. And as Matt has suggested, try a cable direct to the router. To see if maybe someone is is hacking in to your wireless network, turn off the wireless section while doing the tests with the direct cable connection. BTW, who's your ISP?
