We are thinking about replacing the router but its is very hard to
find a wired gigabit router nowadays.
They all seem to go wireless and that is not an option for the moment.

What I havent mentioned yet is: When I send a ping to the modem when
its connected to the router
I type in " ping 192.168.1.1" I get the following response
"Response from 192.168.2.1 (being the router): Target host
unreachable"

That can' be normal. Any ideas????
