If you have tried my post word for word, then you need firmware like
BigMatt said or you could have bad ports on the router.  I don't think
my post was that hard.  It's exactly what needs to happen in order for
a router to be brought up to speed.  If you miss a step, then you
might have a problem with your connection.  Posting a long winded
suggestion is much easier than posting one suggestion and going back
to the drawing board.  If none of those steps work, then you know it
can only be a few things that are wrong at that point.
