Hook up the speaker to the board and see what POST beeps you are getting. Sounds like the company you are going through is really bad, either that or you have really bad luck when installing boards.
50% of boards fail because people cannot install them correctly. I have never had a board fail from the net, I am either lucky, or I know how to install them correctly.
