I feel as though the gods are against me. As you all know I had the problem with the sata drives. In the end I returned the board and received in its place for the same price a demo P7N Diamond board instead as this has 2 ide slots plus 6 sata slots. It is a better board. Changed out mb and booted. Got as far as MSI logo screen with message press TAB to go to POST or DEL to go to SETUP. Can not get any further. I have tried stripping down to just Mb,video card, memory..same result. It beeps once and I assume it is AMI bios ( as I have not been in setup I can't be sure). Tried removing battery, resetting bios.. same result. Tried changing memory around and using only 1 stick. (I have Crucial DDR2 BallistiX PC6400 2x 2048 MB). Memory worked in the previous board. I was careful with static etc. when I installed new mb.
