Get the IE Tab extension for Firefox. It lets you (by right clicking) choose to view a given webpage with IE's rendering engine. It works with Microsoft's web pages.

It seemed like every time I would go to a website IE would come up with a message that IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. All critical updates have been installed and I have IE 7. I even installed Windows XP Sp3 recently. As a way to still go online I decided to install Firefox and only use IE when I have to. However, I can't install driver updates using PC Pitstop Driver Update Program because they use Internet Explorer. I have DSL with Earthlink, but the download and upload are very slow. So I need to update my Ethernet Driver, but IE will freeze up on me. So if anyone has any ideas I'm open to them. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
