try downloading the corresponding file off the net...and check to see if it causes any trouble. if didnt work, delete it, and do a system repair installation, which could help. if didnt work, go to MS update site, and check for updates, and double check for softwares(not only in 'urgent' field but also in all the links). post back to see what happens.
