Omar, I know if you use an original OEM Windows OS Installation disc, you can format your HDD this way, while it also has the option to install that OS. I assume Ubuntu also has this functionality, but I have yet to install my copy, so I don't know. You'll need to make a copy of the Ubuntu setup files if you don't already have a premade disc for it.
As for the error you're getting, it's hard to say without specific details how to fix that, but I wouldn't expect much technical support for an iso you've found online, because this it is what's called Pirated software.
