Omar,

I know if you use an original OEM Windows OS Installation disc, you
can format your HDD this way, while it also has the option to install
that OS.
I assume Ubuntu also has this functionality, but I have yet to install
my copy, so I don't know.
You'll need to make a copy of the Ubuntu setup files if you don't
already have a premade disc for it.

As for the error you're getting, it's hard to say without specific
details how to fix that, but I wouldn't expect much technical support
for an iso you've found online, because this it is what's called
Pirated software.

As for Windows 7 issues, it WILL be a bit buggy as it is still a beta
build of the OS, but you can also try and get support from MS for it.
