I wish I could help you more for that Omar, but unfortunately my experience with Ubuntu is still limited at this time. However if there's one thing Ubuntu or most other Linux OSs have no shortage of, it's user support through forums and discussion groups.
For Ubuntu specifically I think there are actually Tech Support agents who work full time for Ubuntu, but that may be more on the business side of things. You may or may not get much support there, but then again it was a free OS to begin with.
