What is the model of the Lexmark printer?
are the Printers running off of a usb or Parallel (Printer Port)
Have you any other device problems? eg usb pens etc?
You can check this by pressing the windows key and the pause break key
together and
going to the hardware tab and se3lecting the device manager button
any problems here will show up as a yellow exclamation mark!
