Thanks to each of you for the suggestions. I tried them all, but they
didn't help. I spoke with the tech people today with the same results. The
first tech spent about 20 minutes having me do many of the very same things
y'all suggested. The first one hung up after he could not help. Then I had
to answer an important phone call and didn't give the second tech time to
take care of the problem.
I believe that there is something wrong with my computer. Thanks again
for all your suggestions. I'll keep trying.
