please do this on the computer it will fix the problem.
Start->Run->regedit.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-
E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} then on the right pan of registry editor
delete upper and lower filters and then restart the system
