Yes, start by deleting and re-installing first. >From Device Manager delete your video card (uninstall) and then reboot to allow windows to re-install it. If that does not work then your driver may need updating. If you have windows automatic update set it does not (usually) download and install hardware updates since they are almost always not considered 'critical' consequently you will have to go to the windups update site with I.E. and select custom for the update type since exprss will only go after critical updates. If there is no driver on the windows update site then you should go to your computer manufacturers support website and check there next. If there is no update available on the pc mfg. website then go to the video card mfg. website and check there. Once you have done all this get back to us and we will try to come up with more things that may be causing your problem.
