Sorry not all of us are as smart as you are. I recognize that plugging in the 
cable alone is probably not the whole answer - but nothing told me what the 
answer should be - hence the post. If we all had all the knowledge and wisdom 
you obviously have this forum wouldn't need to exist. So I'm glad it does 
because your input is so useful.

just does not get it and should go back to the basics since he
