I assume you have gone into "ADD/Remove Programs" in the Control Settings, and found nothing there with that logo.
Also, have you gone into C drive or D drive "program files" ? If you find any files with that logo, you might try right clicking and opening up "properties" to see what kind of file it is and how big it is.
