This is a 'fancified' Autoruns utility (Autoruns is from SysInternals
which was bought by Microsoft a few years back and is the best
utility, besides it being free, for disabling all that auto run junk
that most companies still seem to insist that they should be always
run on pc startup, or user logon and don't give the user/installer the
option to not have that junk start up automatically)
