well first of all, i don't think there is any kind of drivers that are sold for money, so don't worry ;) you could visit the website for any hardware company and it will give you the drivers you need for free, i dunno if you'll know what are the names of your pc's hardware, and i really dunno how to help in that, i think there is some softwares now that detect all your hardwares (and sometimes softwares) and tell you if you need to install any or if they even have an update, but sorry don't remember any names right now
