You can get most drivers from your computer's manufacturer.

In the case of Dell, HP, etc; the drivers for all of your System is
usually provided on the company's site. i.e. http://dell.com

If your PC is not one of these but say a DIY PC, then you can check
the website of the manufacturer of the part or peripheral's driver you
are missing. i.e. http://asus.com

You generally should never have to pay for drivers, but some companies
charge for premium features and updates to their software.
