Ok, this is my problem. I'm getting a new 1080p widescreen lcd monitor with both vga and dvi ports but my PC only has a vga port. Here is my question. Should I just hook it up with the regular vga to vga cable or should I get a vga to dvi cable? Will the picture be any better by using the vga to dvi cable? Or will it downgrade the picture? I'm thinking the latter because it will be converting an analog signal to digital, correct? What do you guys think?
