First off: it is most likely that what you download will NOT be in DVD format (standard DVD format is .vob) but will have been converted to a .avi format. In order for you to burn it to a DVD so that it can be played by a DVD player you will need to convert it back. And, depending upon the software you have (codecs and converter) the quality most certainly will degrade. ***I just checked on stagevu and (at least) Shutter Island is a .avi format (besides which it is only the trailer). Did not check out any others but highly suspect they will almost certainly be .avi format for the vast majority plus they are only trailers (between 1 and 3 minutes in length)
