Uninstall Malwarebytes and AdAware and try it--if you haven't already
done that.  Also, check McAfee firewall status in relation to the
built-in Windows firewall--maybe there's a conflict there.
If it works in safe-mode networking, then it is not hardware or any
base drivers.
