Have PC with Windows XP Home. Installed a new external DVD burner.
There is a "Liveupdate" item that appears whenever I boot up that
requests registration info to be sent for the burner. The problem is
that when I fill in the info and click to register, an error message
appears that "user registration is failed." Thus, I can't register and
the registration window reappears at each reboot.
How can I erase the appearance? BTW, "LiveupDate" is the name that
appears in the taskbar for the registration item.
