Internal backup battery for what?
For the retention of various settings when the computer is not powered up. In the DOS/Windows world, they are known as BIOS batteries.
If you are talking about the mobo battery, try radiosmack.
Radioshack no longer carries the 3.6 volt lithium 1/2 AA type that I needed, and neither does Microcenter where I used to find them. Radioshack had it listed on their website, albeit at a premium price of $16.99, but once I got to their local store, I was chagrined to find they have dropped it from their catalog, and the store had none.
