i would have been surprised if the tech knew what NN was. And with comcast doing what they are doing with their unlimited bandwith customers, I think the only binding agreement we have with our ISP's is that we will continue to pay through the nose and receive little to no innovation...and then when we use the bandwith we buy, we'll be shut down.
