I'm having problems getting an SD card to show up in Windows Explorer. My
Kodak multi-card reader has worked with other SD cards; this card was just
formatted in-camera. The card reader shows up as Removable Disk, but when I
double-click on it, it says to insert a cad, even though there's a card in the
reader. tia.
