A little slower is OK.  I like the idea of being able to throw out a
windows installation that gets wonky and start fresh in minutes with
the installation it was cloned from.

I've spent the past two days getting back to where I was. I
reinstalled XP to eliminate a virus that wouldn't go away and kept
turning off the anti-virus.  The good news is that the windows patches
seemed to come through all in one or two tries rather than the 15 it
took last time.
