If anyone has a clue or a lead where I could go to help my parents with the following problem I would be in your debt! My dad has a mac mini and my mom has a ibook and both were sharing an Epson stylus printer using an airport modem. Everything was working fine and they were using Verizon DSL. Couple months ago they switched to Verizon fios (?) fiber connection, and now the Ibook has lost connectivity with the printer. I went over there to try to help...and now my dad cant print either!! I am at a loss as to what I should try next....I am sure it is some kind of network problem which I have no experience with. The apple store wont help, the geek squad charges too much money....maybe I will have a hint from the list as to what I should try next? Even when I go to see them with my powerbook g4 I cannot get on line. My powerbook asks for a password to their network.....and they dont even know what it is! can this be completely re done....undoing all the connections and creating a new network....is this too much to ask? Looking forward to hearing from the list. Appreciatively, Sandra p.s. I taught my parents how to use computers recently...my dad just turned 80 and my mom just turned 70 and they both love macs!!!
