The Apple external radios are what I was talking about as the cable ones. They are just too darn fragile to survive my prolonged use. I've gone through two of them already. I do like how it handles presets although I would like it to be able to save a few sets of presets so I could have all the gym's FM stations for the TV on a separate set. This is the sort of thing Apple would really rock at if Steve cared about it. I think the worst 'feature' of the thing is how the cable that attaches to dock like the iPod's USB data cable with the cord coming out of the center. It's not bad for something that will be laying on a table but for something designed to be used while moving around it isn't such a good Idea. It would work better if there were a small box at the dock with a second head phone jack or maybe a small antenna. Now it probably uses the headphone cord as an FM antenna. It is just a real kludge of a device to get a check box. It really lacks the Apple elegance that I have come to expect. There are too many occasions where I want a radio and end up carrying one in addition to my iPod.. That mass of cable is as big as some small radios I've owned. Heck it is bad enough to make me consider buying a Zune. On Dec 4, 2007 7:55 PM, Steve at Verizon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Actually, Apple does make an iPod Radio Remote for $49.
