That was my one learning mistake. Since then no vendor who does not
deal with paypal. I have had to file a few charge backs with Paypal
and they have come through like a trooper. (There process is
difficult but it is effective)
Ebay offers nothing for a bad vendor. My biggest complaint with
them. I feel that they could do more to prevent scams like this but
they claim to be the middle person. 9Raed the only one who profits!)
My feeling is for people who use Ebay like a business they should be
required to have a business license that can generate funds that
would be used to help fleeced customers when one goes belly up.
They generate enough profit they need to generate more good will.
