Wonder of wonders -- the software showed up today in the mail. This is
more than a month after purchase, and three weeks after eBay closed the
store.

I purchased a software program from a "Buy it Now" sale at an eBay
store. The store had 100% positive rating. The software is ADOBE
PHOTOSHOP CS2 FULL GENUINE SOFTWARE SEALED, which is an older version
of Photoshop. The price was about $140. The seller didn't accept
Paypal, but only personal checks, cashier's checks, and direct wire
transfer. To be safe, before sending money I emailed the request for
payment from the seller to spoof at eBay, and they verified that it
was legitimate. Then I sent a cashier's check.
Today I received a message from eBay saying that the store has been
removed from eBay. The 100% positive rating has dropped to 68%.
Time hasn't run out yet on expectation of receiving the software, but
is there any way to recoup my loss in case I never see the software?
