I have tried and didn't feel that it was worth the money. At least
until I had tried others.
"Gramps" Which no doubt works on LINUX. Was too complex just to load on
a, not up to date , non Intel Mac.
The vendor didn't hold out much hope either for running it under Neo Office.
Don't need that "entertainment".
Personal Ancestry Writer II Simple program, not intuitive, more than
adequate for what I wanted, worked good after I figured out how to use it.
Another case of the developer writing the instructions instead of a user
who had just learned. Oh well , seen lots of that.
The big downside. After I had semi mastered it and was getting the
tree built.... POOF!..... And everthing I had done in four hours
disappeared into the either.
Very PC like. Which I think will be my next move. It's just sitting
here gathering dust. Any recommendations for a tree program that
runs on Windows?
