[CGUYS] I-pod Touch good replacement for PDA ?

Can anyone give me an opinion as to whether I-Pod Touch would make a 
good replacement for a Palm TX  PDA ?

And would the Apple Blue Tooth Wireless keyboard ... or some other 
external keyboard ... work with an I-Touch?
