Replicator. That's it and it works very well.  I haven't upgraded to the latest 
version.  I'm using 3.3.4.  For large jobs it is slower than SnycBackSE.  I 
think it's because Replicator looks for files to copy one file at a time and 
copies it, while SyncBackSE reads and compares the entire directory tree of the 
source and destination and compares them before making the first copy (or 
deletion).  The latter is probably more efficient in terms of hard drive seeks.
