We don't have FIOS in our neighborhood yet, but may get it some day.
One major concern that we have is battery backup which is only good for around 6 hours. Do they have a setup with multiple batteries or solar charger for power outages longer than that? Our power goes off almost every time there's an electrical storm. It's usually back in a few hours, but sometimes it takes a day or so to restore power. What can you do to maintain your service when the power is out?
