Have you seen demos for the Quebec RC yet? I'd be curious how little hardware that can run on.
MS is being smart to focus on performance and lower hardware reqs, but they can definitely clean up the GUI and navigation. I still prefer the classic (Windows 98/2000) Start menu to this day.
