Yes, that is why I still carry a Palm Tungsten C. That software was designed to run on a slow processor with very little memory so when it runs on better hardware it works very nicely. I like the built-in keyboard. I'm sad that this class of software died prematurely and that Palm was always terribly slow to make improvements. There is so much that could have been done with this class of product, but it never happened. Heck, I have a color screen and the calendar app won't even let me color-code entries. On the other hand, in contrast to our Zune discussion, the Palm OS has been solid. I never encountered any bugs. >In a year or two I'll be switching to a future more fully implemented >future generation of smart phone but for now I am sticking to the Palm PDA. I expect it won't be long before that happens. Even Palm is going to give things another try with their new Nova OS. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
