Alright, having looked into this further I see that anyone with auto updates ON is protected. Apparently all the new infections are coming from corporate systems that have not yet implemented the fix manually.
Additionally, the Microsoft Malicious Software Tool detects all variants of this threat. I'm not real clear on what this tool is and how it runs, but when I went to Windows Update this morning it was sitting there waiting as the only available update.
