It might be RS and not the USG. Years ago RS demanded my phone number when I tried to pay cash for some batteries. I said no. I think they still try to collect Zip codes.

BTW, if anyone here has any converter coupons they don't need I'd be most
appreciative.  Or an extra converter box they'd sell cheap, if you live
