wanna know what shrifted is? well, I live 5 minutes outside the county seat ...inna good wind, I can spit into the city limits ...the city is one of the poorest with lotsa illegals and public assistance residents with little or no actual economic base since the factory closed 15+ years back ...cities around are doing better ...they just got FIOS and we, the taxpayers who live outside the city limits in neighboring towns, nada!! ...so, I'm stuck with cable. So, the FIOS goes to the low income areas, the crap to us ...is that all there is?
