Myself & several co-workers are learning Final Cut (& trust me, you need thrusters on full when learning this program). We can book sessions at once a week, over the internet. I've always known Apple was good for its customer support, but this just blew me away. This may be specific to our store (the only one in Indianapolis-actually, the only Apple chain store in Indiana, although there are independent Apple stores), but maybe others have good experiences at their stores.
