I guess I missed your point then, if there was one. You were just disagreeing with the article? Actually, since someone else gave the link, I was able to read it, and it's less an "article" than an "editorial". It rambles, and really doesn't seem to be saying much. Aside from less bandwidth, no 'promises' were made to anybody.
I also read an article yesterday morning saying that 80% of DTV users surveyed says they are having a _better_ TV experience since switching. Sorry I didn't note the link at the time and now I can't find it. However, I figured that was just the 80% of the people whose coverage was still good - the other 20% represent people whose coverage got worse. >> You forgot a link. But I'm not even sure what you're complaining >> about. 8vsb? ATSC? > > Who's complaining? I was merely paraphrasing and pointing out a > Washington Post article about how digital television is not delivering > what had been promised to the public. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
