If I do have an axe to grind, it will be an iAxe. I was not attempting to compare a, hopefully, one time event to a situation of protracted abuse. I was simply saying that those banks and other lending institutions offered a similar mea culpa to the public in the form of, "Sorry. It won't happen again." To which I say, "Oh, really?"
