I had Carbonite for a year and dumped it the minute my renewal came up. It backed up OK, and the interface is OK, but it took FOREVER to restore. Carbonite doesn't restore immediately but schedules it for later delivery. Apparently the basis for the schedule is "as soon as we feel like it". That turned out to be never less than an hour, and in one case it was nearly 8 hours. Haven't tried Mozy.
