I don't know what they are spending. Looking at the code I would expect that the cost is not that high. People who code this well typically get their work done very quickly and efficiently.
But why can't out "birthers" keep this at a technical level? The web sites are really well coded. That should not be ideological. If the cons/neocons had ever managed to do something in an intelligent and business-like way I would have been able to acknowledge it.
