No. It's web mail. But you can POP your Gmail into Eudora or any other stand-alone mail program.
I just ordered a new machine to be built. They are putting Eudora 7.1.0.9 on it for me (I'm providing them with the download), as I know some have had trouble loading Eudora onto Vista. This isn't Vista, but will be similar. They're putting the pre-release of Win7 on for me and then updating after the release comes out. I really didn't want to do this yet, but my desktop machine bit the dust last week. :(
