This is true of course. But the NYT and WP...MSNBC in particular all represent a political viewpoint also. The problem lies in that viewers and readers tend to only read what they agree with and start to think their viewing habits aren't slanted. If all you watch is Glenn Beck you are probably going to find prisonplanet.com in your bookmarks, if you think Keith Olbermann is a bastion of truth, media matters has become a 'responisible outlet for examining truth in news'. Not many watch, and then go to other places to find out if what they've seen is true, or challange opinions with others. We see it here on the list, different opinions say someone not thinking the magic mouse is God's gift, are dismissed as stupid. Good discourse!
