At this point a lot of discovery needs to be done by the parents
lawyers seeking to find all the unanswered questions at this point.
Should be interesting when we find out all the information.
By the way it is after discovery that the Judge can dismiss
defendants from the case if it is shown that they were not involved.
That is why in many lawsuits you will 20 defendants listed and then
after a period of discovery there will be a number of them dismissed
from the case so that maybe half a dozen or less finally see the court room.

Yeah, but there is more to the lawsuit as well as to the story than
just the spying that took place. A lawsuit is also often a means of
getting at information that is not forthcoming, as in this situation.
